Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma is indeed an exceedingly rare cancer.  Unfortunately, even with these small numbers, four children each week, or approximately two hundred families each year will have to experience the horror of their lives.  This page is dedicated to a few of those kids that are now battling for their lives or have been taken by this cruel and horrendous disease. 

We have been extremely fortunate that Aidan has been well taken care of and has had, and continues to have, a tremendous amount of prayers for his well being and eventual healing.  We ask that you extend your prayers and well wishes for those Warriors that are continuing their battle alongside Aidan, and we ask that you also visit our Angels to let them know their battles were not in vain, and the ultimate sacrifice they have made will never be forgotten.
